Participating in The East is very easy, you just need to fill in the required information on Terre Spezzate's portal. There are several discounted registration options available; the participation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the meantime, you can join the dedicated WhatsApp group for the event, where the Staff sends updates and previews about the larp. For those in the group, registrations will open in advance on Monday, March 13th, also at 9:00 PM.
Important: the spots are very limited - only 30! - and they will go to the first people to sign up (although we will keep a few spots reserved, to unlock them later, especially for those who do not yet play with us). To increase your chances of finding a spot, join the WhatsApp group!
Tickets and Options
The standard participation cost for the event is 280€, which includes: access to the event, a complete and ready-to-play character, accommodation, and all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch. Different participation tickets are available, including discounted spots and spots for young people under 25. Additionally, as always, it is possible to support the event by paying a higher fee.
Supporters make discounted spots possible, allowing young people and those who struggle to afford larps to participate; in addition, they receive our gratitude, as well as priority in choosing their characters.
Associate Producers pay an even higher fee, obtaining our eternal gratitude and priority in character choice even compared to Supporters, as well as the possibility of agreeing with the Staff on modifications to their character.

Early Bird: The first 10 people to register will get a discount of 20€! The Early Bird option can be combined with all the listed tickets (except "Subsidized").
Cancellations
Once we have reached enough signups, we will ask participants confirm their commitment by sending us an €50 down payment. Later on, around August, we may ask you to send us a second down payment, again €50, to make sure you are still on board. The remaining fee will be paid directly on site.
The down payment cannot be refunded, nor transferred to someone else. If you cancel, please let us know as soon as possible!
If you cancel after September, 1st 2023, we reserve the right to ask you to pay half the remaining amount of the "The East" fee. Or even the full amount, if you cancel after November, 1st. If this is the case, you'll have to settle that debt in order to attend any other Terre Spezzate larp in the future.
“Bring a friend!”
It is our policy that if you invite to a larp a person who has not yet participated in any Terre Spezzate event, you will get 20 "larp vouchers", that is a € 20 discount for any of our future larps. To report it, fill out this form grv.it/amici when your friend signs up, or shortly afterwards.
Character selection
It will happen in early September. We don't do "casting" - we'll ask each of you to select your 6 favorite character, in order of preference, and we will assign them automatically using an algorithm which tries to make everyone as happy as possible.
